The Mount Snow, Haystack and Stratton Mountain Ski areas are all within a short drive. Cross country skiers can ski from the Inn or choose from several other cross country ski trails within a few miles. Ice skating is available on our pond and at local rinks in Brattleboro and Wilmington.
Fall foliage is a very special time of year here in Southern Vermont and we have miles of quiet country roads ideal for your New England fall foliage adventure.
The entire family will enjoy a visit to Adams Farm, an authentic agricultural adventure that includes hayrides, sleigh rides, petting farm, moonlight walks, story telling and festivals all year round.

The Colonel Williams Inn Main House is a fine example of a Colonial New England country home. The Inn has nine tastefully decorated rooms, four with real wood burning fireplaces, plus a two-bedroom suite. <br />

The Carriage House at Colonel Williams Inn has two studio apartments with kitchenettes, ideal for families and pet friendly. All our rooms have private baths and most have beautiful views of the Vermont Green Mountains.<br />
