Perched at the head of the famous Kaaterskill Clove is Rosehaven Bed and Breakfast Inn, the beautiful re-creation of the 1890's Hathaway Cottage in Sunset Park where timeless beauty surrounds you. Amidst a turn-of-the-century Victorian summer colony where the word "cottage" conjures up visions of a grand lifestyle within spired turrets and along deep wraparound porches, the Inn has been restored with particular attention to details of the past while incorporating the amenities and comforts expected from the discerning traveler of today.

The common rooms located on the first story include an inviting sitting area decorated with intricate Bradbury & Bradbury wall and ceiling papers and a cozy fireplace reconstructed in unusual handcrafted tiles. In the adjacent room you will find a charming mahogany bar, game table, and a small library. The 360 degree wraparound porch offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and forests and is a great place to watch a passing summer storm or the fog roll up the Clove.<br />

Breakfast is served in the dining room each morning and features homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, savory egg dishes, French toast and pancakes. The smell of fresh brewed coffee, sounds of classical music and the sparkle of fine china and crystal add to the sensory experience and provide an excellent beginning to the day's activities.
