TA-GA-SOKE Campgrounds is one of many New York State campgrounds. It is nestled on the banks of Fish Creek, two miles from the village of Sylvan Beach, New York and Oneida Lake. Sylvan Beach, NEW YORK is located on the eastern end of Oneida Lake, between Syracuse and Utica, New York . Fish Creek flow's out to the Erie Canal and on to Oneida Lake. Making Oneida Lake accessible by boat from the campground.
The campground has 211 sites some pull-thru and tent sites on 33 acres. All the sites have fire rings and picnic tables. Sixteen of the sites are occupied with our camping cabins. The campgrounds store is stocked with groceries, fishing licenses and supplies, LP gas, RV supplies, and a variety of other items. Bird's Nest Cafe, located at the campground, is open on Friday and Saturday evening offering fish dinners, pizza, and other snack foods. On Sunday morning you can enjoy our Breakfast Buffet while you relax with your newspaper. For everyone's enjoyment we have planned activities, a playground, volleyball and basketball courts and horseshoe pits. Our Rec room contains an assortment of video games, jukebox, and pool table. The miniature golf course is fun for the whole family to enjoy.
